Benjamin A. McFadden, Esq., is an experienced civil litigation attorney specializing in representation of small businesses owners throughout California regarding zoning, landlord-tenant, licensing, labor and employment, breach of contract, and other miscellaneous business disputes. In addition to his experience as a civil litigator, Mr. McFadden has drafted numerous business agreements, leases, sales agreements, employment contracts, and organizational documents for corporations, limited liability companies, and other businesses throughout California.
Mr. McFadden earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School in 2007, and a Bachelor's of Arts in American Studies from California State University Fullerton. During Mr. McFadden’s undergraduate education, he served as the department graduation commencement speaker, and published an essay in the department's annual journal.
