JENNIFER A. GRADY, ESQ.
Founding Attorney
Jennifer A. Grady, Esq. is an attorney, international speaker, and corporate trainer. Ms. Grady founded the law firm of The Grady Firm, P.C. in 2012 with a passion for helping business owners, entrepreneurs, and their families achieve the American Dream. She and her team of attorneys at The Grady Firm, P.C. combine business, employment, and immigration law for small business, funded startups, and international corporations. The Grady Firm has offices in Rancho Santa Margarita, California, and serves immigration clients remotely from all 50 US states and around the world.
As an international business and immigration attorney, Ms. Grady teaches entrepreneurs how to open a business in the United States, and has lectured extensively throughout California; Washington, DC; Canada; Chile; El Salvador; and Argentina on contracts, business, and immigration law topics. She and her colleagues process visas, Green Card, and citizenship applications for employees, investors, and families.
In 2021, Ms. Grady graduated from the Small Business Administration’s Emerging Leaders “Streetwise MBA” Program, which helps companies grow, obtain government contracts, hire, and give back to the community. In 2022, she was selected to participate in the Founders First Boot Camp, and received a SoCal Job Creators Quest Grant. She is continuing this education through the Founder's First Passport Community Mastermind in 2025.
Ms. Grady perfected her Spanish language fluency after eight years of formal study, and living with Spanish roommates while attending the Complutense University of Madrid for one year.
She is the founder of an annual memorial scholarship at the University of Arizona, a mentor for pre-law students at UCSD, and mentor and scholarship provider to Loyola Law School Students. To date, she has assisted over eleven students pursue further education through merit-based scholarships at UCSD, Loyola Law School, and the University of Arizona.
