As a highly experienced Senior Immigration Paralegal with over 25 years of experience, Nicole Goetz has worked closely with attorneys on nearly every type of business immigration case, from start to finish.  While working with small and large companies, Ms. Goetz has developed keen attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and project management skills. 

 

She handles cases for clients of many different backgrounds, while working with companies of all sizes in a multitude of industries.

At The Grady Firm, Ms. Goetz supports all types of business immigration visas and Green Cards, including the E-2, E-3, H-1Bs, H-2A, L-1, O-1 and TN visas; I-140, I-485, and the PERM Process.  In addition, she has familiarity with corporate ownership and financial documentation and possesses the strong ability to synthesize and organize complex data.
