At The Grady Firm, P.C, we respect your right to privacy. We collect information about you through our Website in an effort to improve your experience and to communicate with you about our services. When we say “you,” we are referring either to a client, potential client or to any other person who visits any of our blogs, websites or YouTube channel.

6. How do we use your information when you subscribe to our newsletter or YouTube channel?
If you choose to subscribe to our YouTube channel or blog, you will receive notifications when new content is published if you elect to opt-in to receive such notifications on YouTube or Wordpress directly. If you subscribe to oure-mail updates or newsletters, your name and e-mail will be stored on our mailing list. We will only use this information to send out our e-mail updates and any maintenance e-mails related to your subscription
7. How do we protect your information?
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information against misuse, loss, or unauthorized disclosure. Access to information is restricted to those employees, contractors, and agents who need such information to provide a service or develop our website. These individuals have agreed to uphold our full standards of privacy.
Your personally-identifying information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

8. Cookies
We use “cookie” technology. A cookie is a small bit of information that our website stores on your computer’s hard drive, which enables us to track visitor browsing and usage of our site. Our use of cookies does not record any personally-identifying information, but rather allows anonymous, aggregate data collection. If you have provided your name and e-mail address for the purposes of subscribing to our e-mail updates and newsletter, you can remove your records at any time by using the unsubscribe tools located at the bottom of each e-mail update or newsletter. We do not provide direct access to login and change your address, but you may unsubscribe and re-subscribe with a new address at will. For your convenience and information, our Website may contain links to other sites, which may have privacy policies that differ from our own. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked site. We recommend that you review the privacy policy of any site that you access through our sites.

California Online Privacy Protection Act
CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online. We do not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children (minors younger than thirteen years old).
